Anglers' Cottage on River is a family friendly cottage in a million dollar location on the picturesque River Moyne.
The cottage is in an enviable position directly on the Port Fairy River and Wharf Area and has magnificent views across the river to popular Battery Hill.
The cottage is also within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, popular walking areas on Griffith Island and the town centre.
The well-appointed cottage would suit couples, families or those with fishing or boating interests.
The spacious interior offers an open plan living, a sunny sitting area, dining area, two double bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
One bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a double bed and two single beds.
The combined lounge/dining area is comfortable all year round with a gas fired log fire, reverse cycle heating and cooling.
There is fresh rainwater provided for drinking and cooking which is accessed from a tap in the laundry which is linked to the rainwater tank.
Onsite parking is available for your car and boat if required.
There is wharf access and a jetty with temporary moorings available for guests.
The Port of Port Fairy is operated and managed by the
Moyne Council which employs a full-time manager and
two other staff to oversee operations.
